The agreement between you and AamoAI™.
The agreement for using AamoAI — public site, clinic workspaces, client assessments, meal-plan tools, and member accounts.
Acceptance
These terms govern use of AamoAI websites, clinic (tenant) workspaces, member accounts, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, inviting clients, or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AamoAI is a Nutrition Operating System. Clinics use it to run client assessments, generate and adjust meal plans, and work with an Indian-first food composition library (ICMR–NIN / IFCT, with FSSAI context). Individuals may subscribe as members under a member tier plan. Features available to you depend on the plan assigned to the workspace or member.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You will not disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or misuse the service. Automated access is allowed only where robots.txt or a written API agreement permits it.
- You will not upload unlawful content or use the product to provide care you are not licensed to provide.
Clinic workspaces and client data
If you operate a clinic workspace, you are responsible for the personal data of your clients: lawful collection, consent (including health-data consent for assessments), accuracy, and instructions to us as processor. You must have a lawful basis before inviting a client to an assessment or storing their health information.
Client records, assessments, and plans in your workspace remain under your control. Deleting a client or closing the workspace follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy and any written order form.
Early access and trials
Submitting an early-access or contact request does not create a paid contract. Trials and paid plans are governed by the plan you select (tenant tier or member tier) and any order form. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms.
Nutrition outputs and disclaimers
Meal plans, nutrient totals, RDA comparisons, and recipe suggestions are decision-support tools. They are not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or guarantee of a health outcome. Dieticians remain professionally responsible for advice they give clients. Members should consult a qualified clinician for medical conditions, allergies that require clinical management, and paediatric or pregnancy nutrition beyond general planning.
Composition values follow Indian sources first (ICMR–NIN / IFCT, FSSAI). Gap-fill from USDA or other foreign tables is labelled as such and must not be treated as an Indian regulatory value.
Intellectual property
The AamoAI name, product, UI, and original content are owned by AamoAI or its licensors. Food composition tables remain the copyright of their publishers (including ICMR–NIN / IFCT); we licence and attribute them as required. You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that generation will be uninterrupted, that every nutrient cell is complete, or that a plan is clinically appropriate for a specific person without professional review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AamoAI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or product. Our aggregate liability for a paid subscription is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless a mandatory consumer venue applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date on this page and, for material product changes, in-product notice where required. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
